Free online/self-learning/training and basic support are provided as part of your WorkPort licensing agreement. Basic support includes Level 1 and Level 2 ticket-based technical support, 8x5. Cloud-based solutions also include infrastructure hosting and maintenance. Advanced training and support options can be developed to meet specific customer requirements.
